Do you want to help with the running of the conference? Both undergraduates and grad students are welcome to volunteer.
Options for volunteering are NOW AVAILABLE! Click HERE to access the online form. It requires you to fill in your name, email and cell phone number in the time slot that you wish to volunteer for. Each volunteer shift is 4 hours and in return you will get paid $30.00. All volunteers need to register for the conference and you will receive cash once your shift is over.
Volunteers must arrive 15 minutes before your shift begins and will check in with the Convention Manager, Lorraine, at the MPA registration desk in the Upper Exhibit Hall (4th floor) at The Palmer House. The dress code is business casual, no jeans please.
This signup sheet allows volunteers to swap hours with each other – you will need to manage this yourself if you need to change your day/hours. If for some reason you cannot make your shift on the day you have signed up for, please make every effort to get a replacement and let Lorraine Grogan . email@example.com
MPA does not pay for parking but you can attend all the sessions as an attendee. Remember this is a great opportunity to network with the MPA attendees and you get to attend a world class conference for free!
