Hotel Room Reservations

THE MPA HOTEL BLOCK IS OPEN FOR MPA 2026!

MPA has negotiated a special group rate for MPA attendees and exhibitorsRooms go quickly so please reserve your room as soon as possible once they open.

PALMER HOUSE HILTON (hotel and conference site)

All attendees must use the hotel link on this page to reserve their rooms at the MPA Rate at the Palmer House Hilton! Booking your stay within the MPA room block ensures a seamless and efficient conference experience. You will remain in close proximity to all sessions and events, eliminating the need to commute between venues or navigate unexpected delays. Staying alongside fellow attendees also fosters valuable opportunities for networking, informal discussions, and continued professional engagement beyond scheduled programming. Additionally, reserving within the designated block helps MPA secure favorable hotel rates for future meetings.

Finally, if you book using a third party site, you will not receive our group rate and you will have to follow all rules for that site regarding refunds or cancellations (e.g., those sites often have different rules for refunds and cancellations than our group rate earns us; those sites may have cancellation fees; etc) or even additional charges such as Mandatory Destination fees which our block does not have. We also will not be able to help you with reservation issues as your booking outside our block.

Our group rate is available only until March 22nd.

The All Attendee Block is for everyone else and can also be used by students if the Student Only Block is sold out. The anticipated room rate in the All Attendee Block is $253 per night plus taxes. This is the negotiated rate with the hotel.

The Student Only Block IS FULL as of 1.16.26. It comes with one double bed only and is for students only (undergrads and grad students). The anticipated room rate in the Student Only Block is $162 per night plus taxes. This is the negotiated rate with the hotel. It is a very small block of rooms and is unable to be replenished once they are gone. All people requesting these rooms will be asked for their student ID at check-in.

NOTE: There is no wifi in the presentation rooms or conference rooms. People staying at the hotel can get wifi in their rooms but there is no wifi provided by the conference (due to the significant costs associated with purchasing wifi from the hotel).
