Assistant Professor (Tenure-Track) Faculty in Developmental Psychology – Miami University
Psychology: Assistant Professor (tenure-track) faculty in developmental psychology. The position involves creating and maintaining an active program of research within developmental psychology, teaching developmental psychology courses at the graduate and undergraduate level, advising students, and providing service to the institution. Appointment begins Fall 2023.
Required: Ph.D. in Psychology or closely related field with training in developmental psychology by the date of appointment.
Consideration may be given to candidates who are able to contribute their expertise to ongoing research within the department and interface with faculty across areas in the department (e.g. cognitive neuroscience, clinical, social [i.e. health and well-being]).

The cover letter should articulate the relevance of the applicant’s work to the field of developmental psychology and identify potential connections with researchers throughout the department and/or university including the Center for Human Psychophysiology, Center for Human Development Learning and Technology, Center for Neuroscience and Behavior, and Center for the Study and Support of Children of Families of the Incarcerated.
